                 a.  Free 15 Minute Telephone Consultation if You Have Been Sued by a

                 Creditor or Debt Collector - We offer free 15 minute telephone

                 consultations if you have been sued by a creditor or collection agency. The

                 purpose of the telephone consultation is to determine if we can help you with

                 your legal matter.  We will provide you with general legal information regard

                 b.  In-Person Legal Strategy Session (Fee Based) - We offer one hour in-person

                 Legal Strategy Sessions at our office were you can obtain the legal advice you

                 need to protect your rights and limit your risks.  If you have specific questions

                 about your legal matter, a Legal Strategy Session is for you. During this one

                 hour session, you can get your legal questions answered, determine what actions

                 you need to take to protect your rights.  We'll even instruct you on how to

                 handle your legal matter yourself (if applicable). Also, if you decide to hire us to

                 handle your legal needs after your Legal Strategy Session, the cost of your

                 session will be credited towards the cost of your services.  Click here to schedule

Have a Legal Issue but Can't Afford a Lawyer?

As much as we would love for everyone to use the Valentine Legal Group’s services to protect their rights, the recession makes that improbable.  The reality is that many simply cannot afford the services of an attorney at a time when we are needed most.  Because we strongly believe that everyone should have access to legal representation, we’ve teamed up with Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. to offer memberships in affordable legal plans (approximately between $25 - $35 per month for your entire family).  The plan covers a significant number of legal issues that arise in our daily lives like being sued by a creditor, audited by the IRS or pulled over for speeding by police, including many others.  Also included is credit monitoring and help restoring your good name if you’re a victim of identity theft.  Most of all, the membership gets you access to a network of law firms across the country that can help you with various legal matters.  (The law firm helping Pre-Paid Legal members in Maryland and/or D.C. is not the Valentine Legal Group.)
