All About the Credit Bureaus

In the March 2009 issue of Smart Money magazine there is an article called “Why the Credit Bureaus Can’t Get It Right”.  It’s a really good article on some of the background information related to the credit reporting industry that most consumers have no idea about, including the fact that most disputes are handled almost entirely by an automated system.   The article runs about 6 pages and includes quotes from some of the leading lawyers when it comes to credit reporting lawsuits.  If you have the ability to pick up a copy of the magazine, I suggest you give the article a read.
